All interviews will be conducted at our Boothwyn Pa office where we will have simulated problems for you to demonstrate your skills. Remote technicians can demonstrate their skills remotely from their home offices.

• Onsite Technician
  Technicians must have at least 4 years experience and be able to demonstrate  skill level during the interview process. Certifications are a Big Plus. You must also have a Valid drivers license and your own transportation. Customer support experience is also a plus.
  
  
  
• Remote Technician
  Must have High speed internet connection and have experience in one or all of the following: Remote Desktop, VNC, Microsoft Net-meeting, Network Streaming, PC anywhere, GotoMyPC. Must be able to demonstrate skills in a simulated environment. Certifications are a Big Plus. Customer support experience is required.
